This villa for disabled people has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (roll in shower in one of them), kitchen,
living room, veranda and a terrace. This accommodation for people with handicaps can
accommodate up to 6 people and is accessible for wheelchair
users. It has air conditioning throughout. Outside is a swimming pool (4x8m) with Jacuzzi, which is accessable
for the physical challenged with a manual hoist.
An electrical adjustable bed, a self propelled shower wheelchair, a manual hoist,
grips at each side of the toilet, grips in the shower, a fixed shower seat, a
swimming pool hoist and taxi ramps are aids available for our guests with a
disability or reduced mobility .
The living quarters of the housekeeper with its own entrance and bathroom are
attached to this house.
The housekeeper provides all kind of services. This means cleaning during your stay, final
cleaning after departure, change and washing of bed/bath/kitchen linen, pool and
garden maintenance.
On request the maid can go grocery shopping before arrival. A supply of drinking
water is always at hand.
The villa is situated 700m crow flies from the beach with its beach sports, massage salons,
beach bars, horseback riding, etc. Even handicapped people can enjoy the beach.
Every day the beach is flooded twice by the tide and there are
some ramps to the beach. This results in a very solid beach. Walking to and over
the beach can be strenuous. Some people will have to use a taxi to get there.
Entertaining night life,
like the famous night market, weekend market, pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. are
found within 3 km. Some restaurants and small shops can be found within a few
minutes walk. A brand new Tesco Lotus supermarket can be found at only 2 km. Taxi service is available on request.
