Prices are per night including gas, water, energy
till 40kWh/day, high speed internet, drinking
water supply, use of bed/bath/kitchen linen, use of aids, maid services,
reservation fee and taxes.
Energy consumption above 40kWh/day will be balanced with your security deposit.
Price € 0,10 / kWh.
Down payment / payment through an international bank to bank account money
transfer in Euro’s.
Payment through PayPal; surcharge 4% due to the cost involved for credit card
payments.
Maximum of 6 persons.
Arriving and departure time is negotiable due to the schedule of your flight.
Travel and cancellation insurance are recommended.
Minimum stay 4 nights. During holidays and high season minimum stay one week
unless successive reservations allow a shorter stay.
Prices for stay over one month are available on request.
